Refund policy

We hope that you love all of our purchases, but understand in some cases a return may be necessary. 

• All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are eligible for a full refund of the amount purchased.
• All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must have the hang tags still attached.
• Any items that have been damaged or altered will not be approved for a return.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items such as bodysuits are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges, due to hygiene reasons. 
• After requesting a return a shipping label will be sent to you via e-mail, customers are responsible for any additional costs.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving your items.
